Digital World Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:DWAC), a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) that is slated to take the Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) public via a reverse merger, appears to have lost its sheen of attractiveness as back-to-back negative developments continue to hammer the stock’s erstwhile stellar gains. For the uninitiated, the merger deal will furnish TMTG with $293 million in cash proceeds. Moreover, Digital World Acquisition has also raised nearly $1 billion in PIPE investments, thereby elevating TMTG’s proposed valuation from $875 million to around $4 billion....

After chip designer Advanced Micro Devices, Inc (AMD) announced yesterday that its third fiscal quarter of 2022 revenue would drop over the guidance that it had provided in the prior quarter, an analyst in Taiwan believes that the announcement will make forecasting the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company’s (TSMC) revenues tricky. TSMC is the world’s largest contract chip manufacturer, and its partnership with AMD has proven key in the latter’s ability to regularly deliver technologically advanced products to the market....

Many improvements have been made to both versions of Windows 10. The same improvements and fixes apply since the same update is applicable to both. Installing this update with upgrade your Windows 10 v21H2 to build 19044.1263, and v21H1 to build 19043.1263. However, Microsoft states that not everyone on the Release Preview channel will receive this update on version 21H2 right now, as only the users that shifted from the Beta channel to the Release Preview channel will be receiving this build because their systems did not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11....

Windows 11 version 22H2 is the first feature update for the Windows 11 operating system since its release last year (version 21H2).
